4.1 Delivery Areas

Ismo Foodies Cash and Carry currently offer local delivery within our designated zone. Please contact us to confirm whether we deliver to your postcode. Nationwide shipping is available for non-perishable goods on request.

4.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on your location, order size, and weight. Charges will always be confirmed before your order is finalised. Local delivery may be free of charge above a minimum order threshold — please enquire for details.

4.3 Delivery Times

We aim to deliver within the following timescales, subject to stock availability:

• Standard nationwide shipping: 3-5 working days.
• Express nationwide shipping: 1-2 working days (subject to availability and additional charge).

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or high demand periods.

4.4 Order Tracking

Where your order is dispatched via a courier, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message. For local deliveries made by our own staff, we will provide an estimated delivery window.

4.5 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive it:

• Our courier or staff will leave a delivery notification or contact you by phone.
• You may be able to rearrange delivery for a convenient time.
• A redelivery charge may apply for a second delivery attempt.
• If delivery fails twice, the order may be held at our store for collection.

4.6 Perishable Goods

We take great care in packing and dispatching perishable items such as fresh produce, frozen goods, dried fish, and smoked meats. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and correctly store perishable items upon delivery. We are not liable for spoilage caused by a missed delivery or improper storage after receipt.

4.7 Store Opening Hours for Collection

Our store is open during the following hours for click & collect and in-person shopping:

• Monday to Saturday: [9am] to [8pm]
• Sunday: [10am] to [5pm]
