5.1 About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and your purchase of goods from Ismo Foodies Cash and Carry; a business registered in England and Wales. By purchasing from us, in-store or remotely, you agree to be bound by these terms.

5.2 Products

We stock a wide range of authentic African food products including grains,

 dried and smoked fish, cooking oils, sauces, spices, condiments, fresh and frozen produce, beverages, and snacks. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

• Product descriptions and images (where provided) are for guidance only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or weight.
• All products are sold subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any one customer.

5.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.

5.4 Payment

We accept the following payment methods (subject to change):

• Cash (in-store).
• Debit and credit card (in-store and, where available, for remote orders).
• Bank transfer (for remote or wholesale orders — by prior arrangement).

Payment must be made in full at the point of purchase or, for remote orders, before dispatch.

5.5 Wholesale & Trade Customers

We welcome trade and wholesale enquiries. Trade accounts may be available subject to approval. Separate terms and minimum order quantities may apply to trade customers. Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale arrangements.

5.6 Allergens & Food Safety

Many of our products contain or may contain allergens including but not limited to: gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, celery, mustard, lupin, molluscs, and sulphur dioxide.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to check product labels, ingredients lists, and allergen information before purchase and consumption.
• We are happy to assist with allergen queries in-store — please speak to a member of staff.
• We cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination risks in manufacturing or our store environment.

5.7 Age Restrictions

Certain products (including some alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, where stocked) are subject to legal age restrictions. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. You may be asked to provide valid photographic ID proving you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of age-restricted products without acceptable ID.

5.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ismo Foodies Cash and Carry shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the goods you purchased.
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5.9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

5.10 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available in-store or on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
